QuickBooks Online — that's the one integration we ship today, with two-way sync that keeps QuickBooks the single source of truth. The integration layer is ERP-agnostic by design and more integrations are on the roadmap, but we only claim what's live. If you're not on QBO, tell us anyway — it helps us sequence the roadmap.
Nothing moves and nothing is re-keyed. PayCure syncs both directions with QuickBooks Online — on demand, on schedule, and via webhooks — so your ledger stays authoritative and your close process doesn't change.
Fifteen deterministic signals run on every bill before approval: vendor typosquatting, recent bank-detail changes, amounts just under an approval threshold, same-day splits, anomalies against the vendor's own history, and more. Flagged bills route to review with the evidence attached. Separately, vendor onboarding is gated by OFAC screening against official U.S. Treasury lists.
Yes — via international SWIFT wire, alongside ACH, domestic wire, and printed check. Vendor bank details are validated with real checksums for the US, Brazil, Mexico, India, Canada, and the UK, around 70 further countries via IBAN, and SWIFT elsewhere. Every payment gets the same safety sequence: cancel window, payout hold, and bank re-verification at execution.
Three-way match (PO, receipt, invoice) is a hard gate: a failed match blocks approval unless the approver writes an override reason that is permanently audit-logged. Service lines — where no receipt exists — automatically use two-way matching. Bills without a PO route through your approval workflow as normal.
Core and Growth include 3,000 AI document reads per subscription year, shared across bills, credit memos, and vendor documents. Reading is on-request — a document only consumes a read when someone clicks to read it. Beyond the allowance, documents can still be entered manually, and Scale plans include an expanded allowance.
Bank and tax details are protected with AES-256 encryption at rest, and the system fails closed in production. Access is role-based, duties are separated by nine configurable controls, and every override is logged with a reason — SOX-ready controls by mechanism, not by badge. Payments move through a licensed money-mover; PayCure never holds customer funds. Security documentation is available on request.
